Except the front desk staff, which sometime may forget that everyone else has cancer.
usually the desk staff at Lombardi is nice enough, but not last time. I asked "Are you new here?" "No." "Well you seem pretty stressed and abrupt."
(so she told me to go F*CK myself!!) haha ha! not! she got nicer!!
