CANCER, AND LOSE WEIGHT

CANCER FOR WEIGHT LOSS HAS LIMITED APPEAL

I weighed 117 lb when I had a tumor in my colon.

My skinny thighs made me feel superior to other women, but I missed my ass... looked everywhere for it.

After my treatment, the weight came coursing back.

My conclusion: cancer for weight loss will have limited appeal to the Botox crowd.

The weight returns with your health. In'shallah

Oh, Yes!! 20 kilos (45 pounds) so far - but definitely not recommended as the weight loss method of choice!

Hey, beast: Leave Joanlil alone!
Hang in there, Joanlil.

Not only does the weight come back ... it comes back in different places than I used to gain it! Like around my middle instead of the butt and boobs. Waaaaaaaaaaaaah

Having had no chemotherapy, just surgery and radiotherapy, so far, I haven't lost any weight so far. When I posted a facetious harrumph that one of the hoped-for side benefits of cancer had not happened, I got lots of sententious comments from non-cancer patients.

Guess we don't all have the same sense of humour!
